The small print

GST and Price Adjustments: Pricing on this page is inclusive of GST. Annual rates are fixed for the commitment period, while month-to-month prices may change with 30 days’ notice due to service or cost updates. We’ll keep you informed in advance so you can make the best decisions for your plan.

Commitment and Cancellation: Annual commitments are non-refundable, with early termination fees based on the lowest plan tier with equivalent Microsoft licensing. Empty Tier 2 or 3 seats can be changed to an Upgraded Tier 1 plan for the remainder of the term. Month-to-month plans can be canceled at the end of any calendar month, provided offboarding is requested by the 21st.

Ad-Hoc and On-Site Support Fees: For Tiers 1 and 2, support requests outside your plan and on-site support are billed at $44 per 15 minutes and will be tracked and invoiced monthly. On Tier 3, remote support is all-inclusive.

Additional Device Monitoring: Devices beyond the total Tier 2 and 3 seats (one device per seat/user) are charged at $22 per device monthly. All devices must be linked to a Tier 2 or 3 seat; they cannot be added to an upgraded Tier 1 plan.

Fair Use of Calling Services: Use of services with included calls is subject to our communication partner’s Fair Use Policy. Services cannot be used for call centers, telemarketing, or outbound sales. A single outgoing channel per 5 seats is allowed with the Teams Phone & Calling Bundle; additional channels are available at an extra cost.

Opt-Outs: If specific partner licensing (e.g., Modern Cloud Printing, Centralised Email Signatures) isn’t needed, or if you’re new and have existing Microsoft licensing, let’s discuss your options.

Yes, you can assign different plans to team members, allowing for tailored support and tools based on each role’s needs. However, all login-capable accounts in the Microsoft tenant must be under a tier for us to provide holistic coverage. Shared mailboxes and offboarded (but not yet deleted) accounts are protected free of charge.

You can choose between month-to-month and 1-year commitments. Month-to-month plans offer flexibility to upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at the end of each month, while 1-year plans provide stability and discounted rates with limited downgrade options.

Opting out of services like Security Awareness Training or Team Credential Management may increase your risk by leaving gaps in your security posture. For example, without Security Awareness Training, your team might be more susceptible to phishing attacks. On the other hand, opting out of services like Consistent Email Signatures or Printing Support may have no security impact and can be excluded if they aren’t essential for your business.

No, our pricing is fully transparent. Additional costs, such as for ad-hoc tasks or add-ons, are clearly listed upfront. The ad-hoc rate applies to tasks outside your selected plan’s scope, such as custom configurations, special projects, or non-inclusive support activities.

Yes, you can adjust your plan as your needs evolve. Month-to-month plans offer the most flexibility, while 1-year plans allow downgrades within specific limits.

We manage updates and security through regular Windows updates, critical patches, and security policy enforcement. We also perform routine maintenance and firmware updates. Additionally, our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC) provides advanced threat detection and automated responses to protect your systems against emerging threats.

All plans support remote work, but we recommend Tier 2 or higher for comprehensive coverage, especially when using work devices at home or on the go. Tier 2 focuses on device security, while Tier 3 extends to both devices and office network management, ensuring robust protection wherever you work.
