The Worktopia Cyber Compliance Portal watches your Microsoft 365, devices and protections continuously, read-only, nothing installed, and turns it into evidence you can hand an insurer, an auditor or a client. Every plan includes it. Bigger plans do more with it.

Is this really all-inclusive?
On Complete and Concierge, yes: every support request is covered by the flat fee, no ad hoc billing at all. Core covers Microsoft and your cloud apps; anything beyond that, printers, peripherals, on-prem gear, is billed per 15 minutes at our standard rate and always quoted first. Projects and hardware are quoted separately on every plan, and all prices are AUD ex GST.
What counts as a device?
The PCs and laptops we protect and manage. Your plan covers one per person. Phones and tablets aren't billable, but your practice data is still protected on them. Got shared machines or second laptops? Tell us how many and we'll price them into your quote.
What about after hours?
Helpdesk runs business hours, but security never sleeps: threats are monitored 24/7, and after-hours help is there for cyber incidents and business-wide emergencies.
Can we scale up or down?
Add seats anytime as you hire. On month-to-month pricing you can drop them anytime too; on annual pricing, seat count can go up during the year and comes down at renewal.
Any setup fees or lock-in?
No setup fees ever, onboarding is on us. Lock-in is your call: month-to-month pricing has none, annual pricing commits you to the 12-month term in exchange for the lower rate. Either way, you stay because the service is good, not because the paperwork traps you.
Does Concierge onsite reach us?
Yes, wherever you are. The onsite hours themselves are always included in Concierge. In South East Queensland that's our own crew, and there's no travel cost either. Further afield we may send a trusted local partner or make the long journey ourselves, whatever makes sense, and the only extra is travel, quoted at cost up front so there are no surprises.
How is Copilot Cowork billed?
Cowork is the AI agent side of Copilot, available on Concierge. Regular Copilot answers one question at a time; Cowork takes a whole job, works through the steps and hands back the finished thing. Microsoft meters usage at its published rates, and what a task costs depends on the model doing the work: heavier models for complex jobs, lighter ones for the everyday. We help your team pick the right models as part of your AI strategy, and cap it all with a spending policy we manage for you, so there are no runaway bills.
